Terms and Conditions — IPTV Provider

1. Key Definitions

"Service" refers to the IPTV Provider streaming subscription, which includes access to live TV channels, Video-on-Demand (VOD), Electronic Programme Guide (EPG), and catch-up TV features. "You" means the customer or end user. "We", "us", "our" means IPTV Provider. "Content" means every channel, series, movie, and piece of programme information made available through the Service.

2. What the Service Includes

IPTV Provider gives you access to 50,000+ live channels, 120,000+ TV series, 250,000+ on-demand movies, and full EPG data delivered over the internet. You will need a stable connection of at least 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. We do not supply internet access, hardware, or VPN services. Channel line-ups can change without notice due to broadcaster licensing or regional restrictions, but we keep backup streams for all major channels to minimise disruption.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to buy a subscription.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (M3U URL, Xtream Codes, MAC address, username, password) private and secure.
• Each subscription covers the number of simultaneous devices stated in your plan — 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 connections.
• Sharing credentials beyond your purchased connection limit is strictly forbidden and will lead to immediate suspension or termination without refund.
• You are accountable for all activity carried out under your account.
• We may verify your identity and location to prevent fraud and to comply with regional licensing rules.

4. Plans and Payments

• Every plan is prepaid for the period you select: 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.
• Prices are shown in GBP (£), USD ($), or EUR (€) depending on your region and include any applicable taxes.
• Payments are handled securely by Stripe and PayPal. We never store your card details on our own servers.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Service ends when the purchased period expires. We send reminders 7 days and 1 day before expiry.
• New customers can request a free 24-hour trial with no payment details required.
• Reseller credits are available to business partners under separate terms.

5. Fair Use and Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Resell, restream, or rebroadcast our Service or any content you access through it.
• Use VPNs or proxy services to abuse server locations, bypass geo-restrictions, or exceed connection limits.
• Share your account publicly, on forums, or with anyone outside your household beyond your connection limit.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or overload our servers, software, or infrastructure.
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our platform.
• Record, download, or archive content for redistribution or commercial use.

6. Uptime and Service Availability

We guarantee 99.9% server uptime across our multiple server locations (UK, EU, and US). We are not responsible for downtime caused by:

• Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or network issues
• Your device, hardware, or local network configuration
• Third-party broadcasters or content providers
• Government restrictions or regulatory changes
• Extreme weather or natural disasters affecting infrastructure

Our 24/7 technical support team is available via WhatsApp and email to help with any issues. Anti-Freeze technology and redundant server infrastructure keep buffering to a minimum and ensure a premium viewing experience.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Because our IPTV service is delivered instantly in digital form, all sales are final once your account has been activated and your credentials have been sent by email or WhatsApp.

We provide a free 24-hour trial so you can test compatibility with your devices and internet connection before purchasing. This trial is your opportunity to evaluate the Service risk-free with full access to our 50,000+ channels and 250,000+ movies.

Refunds are issued only in these circumstances:

• Our servers are completely unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours and we cannot provide an alternative solution.
• You were charged twice for the same order or subscription period.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, brand assets, and software belong exclusively to IPTV Provider. The "IPTV Provider" name, logo, and associated trademarks are our registered intellectual property. Channel content accessed through our Service is provided via licensed aggregators and remains the intellectual property of the respective broadcasters and rights holders.

You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to access and view the content through our Service for your own entertainment only. Any commercial use, redistribution, or public exhibition of the content is strictly forbidden.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not own the broadcast channels. We are an IPTV access provider only and do not guarantee that any specific channel, programme, or piece of content will be available at any given time. Channel line-ups are subject to change based on broadcaster agreements.

You are solely responsible for making sure your use of IPTV services is legal in your country or jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to check the legality of IPTV streaming in your location before subscribing. Laws vary between countries, and we recommend researching local regulations. IPTV Provider complies with UK and EU copyright law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, IPTV Provider, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Service interruptions caused by third-party factors
• Content changes or channel removals by broadcasters
• Device compatibility issues that were not identified during the free trial

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the total amount you paid for your current subscription period.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Non-payment or payment disputes
• Abuse of our Service, staff, or support team
• Fraudulent activity or chargeback initiation
• Sharing login credentials beyond your purchased connection limit
• Excessive bandwidth usage that negatively impacts other subscribers

On termination, your access to the Service will stop immediately and no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version is always available at iptvproviderott.com/terms-and-conditions/. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will change accordingly. Continued use of the Service after any changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or WhatsApp.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, England. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
